Shipping Policy

Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Orders are processed and shipped the same or next business day where possible.

Shipping is free on orders of $250 or more. Orders under $250 ship at a flat rate of $13.99.

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

You are responsible for entering a correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address. If a package is returned to us (because of a wrong or incomplete address, because it went unclaimed, or because it was refused) it will not be reshipped unless you purchased shipping protection at checkout.

Shipping protection is an optional add-on offered at checkout for 10% of your order value. It covers loss, damage in transit, and reshipment of a package that is returned or bounces back to us.

CryoTides currently ships within the United States only. All materials are supplied for laboratory research use only, and the recipient confirms they are a qualified researcher.
