Refund & Return Policy

Because CryoTides supplies research materials, there is no fixed automatic return window and orders are not returnable on demand. Nothing may be returned to us without contacting us first.

Refunds are not issued automatically. Refunds or replacements may be issued where a claim is approved, or where required by applicable law. Claims are reviewed case by case.

Contact admin@cryotides.com with your order number and the details of the issue, and stay in contact with us while your claim is reviewed. We will let you know the outcome and, if approved, arrange the refund or replacement.

Shipping protection is an optional add-on at checkout (10% of your order value). It covers loss, damage in transit, and reshipment of a package that is returned or bounced back to us, and it is the clearest and fastest path to a replacement or refund.

Without shipping protection you can still file a claim, but approval is at CryoTides's discretion and is not guaranteed. Any remedies required by applicable law still apply.

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can review it.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable law.
