Privacy Policy

To operate the store, CryoTides collects and stores your name, email address, shipping address, and order history: the information required to process and ship an order. If you create an account, we also hold your login credentials. We collect basic site analytics (such as pages visited) to understand how the site is used.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. Your card details are entered with and handled by that processor. CryoTides never sees or stores full card numbers.

Passwords are stored only as a one-way encrypted hash - we cannot see or recover your password. If you forget it, it can only be reset, never retrieved.

Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel, and database-level access controls (including row-level security) limit what any account or system can read.

We do not sell customer data. Your information is shared only with the parties needed to run the store: our payment processor (to take payment), shipping carrier (to deliver your order), and email provider (to send order updates).

We use cookies and basic analytics to operate and improve the site - for example, to keep your cart and sign-in session working and to see which pages are used.

You may request access to, or deletion of, the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing admin@cryotides.com.

This site is intended for qualified researchers aged 18 or older. All products are supplied for laboratory research use only.
