This is a general-purpose draft, written to match how this site actually operates today. It is not a substitute for legal advice — given the regulatory landscape around research peptides, we'd strongly recommend having these terms (and the products they cover) reviewed by an attorney before relying on them.

1. Research Use Only

All products offered by CryoTides are intended exclusively for laboratory research use only and are not intended for human consumption. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, food products, or medical treatments, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. CryoTides is a chemical supplier — not a compounding pharmacy, 503A facility, licensed medical provider, or healthcare company.

By purchasing from this site, you confirm that you are a qualified research professional (or purchasing on behalf of one), that you will use these products solely for legitimate scientific research, and that you will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing their purchase, possession, and use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order on this site. Products are not for sale to minors, and must not be used for food, drug, cosmetic, agricultural, or household purposes.

3. Accounts

Creating an account is optional — guest checkout is available. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order through this site is a request to purchase, not an immediate charge. We do not collect payment at checkout — our team will contact you by phone or email after your order is placed to arrange payment. Orders ship once payment has been received, typically within 1–2 business days from Texas, USA.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, suspected resale or misuse outside of legitimate research purposes, or unavailability of stock.

5. Shipping

Orders ship from Texas, USA. Standard shipping is a flat $9.99 and free on orders of $250 or more (before any promo discount). Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because of the nature of these products, we generally do not accept returns once an order has shipped. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@cryotides.com and we'll work with you to make it right. Since payment is arranged after your order is placed and before it ships, you may also cancel or amend an order any time before payment is made.

7. Promo & Affiliate Codes

Promo and affiliate codes are validated at checkout and may be limited, restricted to certain products, or discontinued at any time without notice. Attempting to forge, guess, or apply an invalid discount is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Uses

Using or representing our products as intended for human or animal consumption.
Reselling our products as drugs, supplements, or consumer goods.
Attempting to interfere with, reverse engineer, or compromise the security of this site.
Providing false information when creating an account or placing an order.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, and product imagery — is the property of CryoTides LLC unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

This site and its products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryoTides LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, possession, or use — or misuse — of any product sold through this site.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
